I didn’t have my insurance card with me, but the ladies at the front desk were absolutely wonderful and helpful. They took the time to figure out what insurance company I was with and called them. My dentist hygienist is the sweetest and is always ready to answer any questions I have. She was able to clean my teeth in less than 30 minutes! Dr. Smith is always professional and always checks over my teeth to inspect for anything that might be suspicious. So glad to be patient with this firm!

My husband and I both go to Doctor Smith. We love their staff and Doctor Smith. He doesn't ever do anything, as far as treatments and dental work, unless it's really necessary. I messed up on my appointment today and came in a week early. They had me wait a few minutes and one patient didn't arrive so they worked me in. Very considerate staff. We highly recommend this dentist and his entire staff.

I feel this is the most honest dentist in the area. I tried to go to different dentists when I first moved to the area they all wanted to tell me I had gum disease and that I needed a periodontal cleaning. Came to this dentist Kiley Smith, and just needed a regular cleaning and was told I had no sign of gum disease. I have now been coming here regualry for the past 2 years. Come here if you want to know if you actually have dental issues. Again the other dentists in the area just seem to want your and your insurance company's money.

Went in for a broken molar extraction, ended up with a filling instead. Super quick procedure, incredibly wonderful experience. I saved money doing it this way, as well as saved my tooth I thought needed to be pulled out or given a root canal (according to my previous dentist). I will definitely be coming back for any future visits! Also every single person working there that I personally encountered was so friendly and professional. I am visiting my daughter, who has a a newborn. While staying in Temple, I developed jaw pain. My daughter immediately reached out to Dr. Smith, and his pleasant staff not only found a “spot” for me, they also retrieved my dental records from Florida, where I live. Dr. Smith’s demeanor was calm and kind, explaining some helpful strategies that did not even involve service from his office. His dental assistant was equally helpful. Recently I broke a tooth and needed an appointment with Dr. Kiley Smith. My request to see the Doctor was quickly scheduled and concern expressed about my pain level. Arriving for my appointment, I was quickly seated and prepped for Dr. Smith. Soon my tooth was repaired and I was out the door. I have been going to Dr. Smith’s office for over 10 years and have had everything from root canals, veneers, crowns & implant work to cleaning. I have never ever been caused any pain or had any issues that Dr. Smith didn’t help me with. He and his assistants are the kindest people in any medical/dental field that I have ever been to. And they do great work!!! His office techs are always helpful with any billing questions I have and handle all claims timely also. It’s hard to believe anyone could enjoy going to the dentist but I absolutely do because this is such an amazing dental office from the moment you walk through the door to the moment you leave. I moved here from Houston and I am so thankful I was referred here. They are a great bunch of people and he and his assistants are a perfect example of what a dental or medical office should be-really what any business should be. If you want to go to a dentist or take your kids to a dentist that you don’t have to worry about pain or getting your dental work done and it looking and feeling great this is a wonderfully skilled dentist and his assistants are top tier as well!!

The most important thing the Dr did not try to sell me extra x-rays or some kind of special treatment that would be $99 a month for 3 years. Dr. Kiley Smith immediately found an excellent, painless solution to repair my damaged front tooth. I fully expected to have extraction surgery and an expensive implant. He said not necessary yet. The bonding repair looks perfect. Dr. Kiley took the time to smooth surfaces and made sure the new bite felt comfortable. Done, in no time flat. Check out was easy, plus I got to take a wee toy from the kid basket for my granddaughter!

I had an awesome experience in my dental appointment today, I enjoyed the warm feeling of walking into the office, and liked the desk that greets you when you come in, It’s similar to a crescent moon, which I thought was very new. The ladies in reception were very nice and the paperwork was very short, the dentist office is open and airy, and I really enjoyed the feel of it not being so much like a doctors Office, you even can watch TV while the doctor works on you, I really enjoyed my time there, and will definitely go again soon

Not only is Dr. Kylie thorough, but he genuinely cares about his patients. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and the absolute best at what they do. I have been seeing Dr. Kylie for the last 11 years, and am completely satisfied! Hands down, he is the best dentist in Temple.

Everyone at Kiley Smith"s office is always very friendly and accommodating. The hygienist is gentle as is his assistant. Dr. Smith is a kind person and willing to answer all questions. I have been going to this office for over 5 years, and have never had any pain. There are TVs in each exam/treatment room which aides in distraction, and they even offer pillows to make sure you are comfortable. My husband goes to this same dentist and has actually fallen asleep while procedures were going on. I can whole-heartedly give him 5 stars on this review. ..

My husband and I always appreciate the services provided here, but I am blown away by how well my 2 year old daughter's first dentist appointment went thanks to the wonderful team at Kiley A. I was extremely apprehensive going into the dentist today. I was there to discuss a mouth full of problem teeth needing 16 crowns! ( I must mention this is due to chronic illness. Best dentist I have ever been too! The staff are very nice and helpful. I am one of those people that dreads going to the dentist, but I actually look forward to seeing them. I just had a filling done and it was the least painful and fastest filling I've ever had. I also love the cleanings cause whatever they use initially to scrape along the gum line is gentler and uses pressurized water (I think) to remove buildup.

Just, WOW! Dr. Smith and the dental assistants were FABULOUS! Very friendly and attentive. I had a filling done. They explained everything before doing anything and carefully checked anything as they worked. I have been searching for an excellent dentist for a while. One I used was too rude, another ripped me off, and another was too expensive and wouldn't do anything without involving surgery--hell no! I can't go under anesthesia due to complications that have left me psychologically scarred. But still, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dental office. They're so awesome and super friendly! Dr. Smith has been my dentist for about two years. After using another dentist in Temple that had extremely aggressive treatments that I felt I didn't always need, I was very pleased to find this dental practice. Dr. Smith is very approachable, gentle, has a calm, pleasant bedside manner and has never suggested an overly aggressive or seemingly unneeded treatment. The office is nice and very clean while still maintaining a comfortable environment. The technicians are always very friendly and approachable as well; they treat you like an old friend. Overall, it's always evident to me that the entire staff cares about you. Lastly, this practice doesn't employ fly-by-night staff and therefore doesn't have high turnover. I will continue to return for years to come!

The office is clean and well run. The people at the front desk are on top of things and even remember details about my appointment and situation before my first appointment.
